Privacy policy

Adeiza Gaming ("we", "us") runs a gaming community for players in Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect when you use adeizagaming.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.
What we collect
When you join the community or create an account, you may give us:
- Your email address (required to join or sign in).
- A display name or alias, and optionally your full name, phone number, Instagram handle, a short bio, your gaming interests, and a profile picture.
- Your WhatsApp community status (whether you've requested to join, are pending, or are in the group) — managed by our admins.
You choose what optional information to share. Only your email is required.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your profile within the community.
- To review and process requests to join our WhatsApp group, and to contact you about membership and events.
- To organise game nights, tournaments, and (in future) track event attendance and scores.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile information (name and email address) with us so we can create your account. We do not receive your Google password, and we only request the minimum information needed to sign you in.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted service providers to run the platform. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Google — sign-in, if you choose it.
- Resend — sending administrative emails.
If you join our WhatsApp group, your interactions there are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can view and edit your profile any time while signed in. To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and information deleted, email us at admin@adeizagaming.com.
Data security & retention
Your information is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and is only visible to you and our admins. We keep it for as long as your account or community membership is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Age
Adeiza Gaming is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
